ITS BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS

Well it has been freezing here for a couple of weeks. We have not been above freezing in 12 days and for most of those it has barely made it to 0- yes I said ZERO! We finally got a beautiful snowfall last night to make these frigid temperatures worthwhile. I say if it has to be this cold it may as well snow. Especially at Christmas. Here are a couple of pics taken of the house this morning and our dogs letting you all know that "BABY ITS COLD OUTSIDE!"

Christmas at the Joneses

Well some of my blog readers have been upset with me for not blogging more often so I thought I would post a few pics of what it looks like around the Jones house for Christmas. You will see one of our trees by the fireplace where we open gifts. I tried to capture the snowy scene outside but didnt notice our babies are standing at the door wanting to be let inside. I put all of our Chrismtas cards on the staircase this year and I just love this. I love looking at all of the wonderful families in our lives so thank you for all of the sweet cards and if you didnt send me one you better next year. This is one of my favorite things to look forward to during Christmas. I also posted a picture of our resident elf, Cocoa. He is keeping good watch over all the Jones boys and reporting back to the North Pole nightly on their behavior. So far so good! Maybe he can stay all year long! The boys and I have also decorated some sugar cookies so I thought I would post a picture of the product of our labor. Why is the idea always more fun than it actaully turns out to be. Especially with two boys that would rather eat the dough than spend any quality still time icing cookies.
